OneLife Counseling

Virtual therapy to guide you in your journey to healing

Serving children, teens, and adults

You were designed to heal.

Our pain, trauma, disappointments and struggles can become doors to joy, security, freedom, and purposeful living—we know this because we’ve been on that journey in the grace of God. You are not alone.

Our Counselors

As practitioners with unique stories, we partner with you on your journey toward healing, empowering you to live the life you were meant to. Each therapist has an authentic and robust faith, rooted in historic and biblical Christianity, which informs their approach to hope and healing. We readily work with individuals from diverse beliefs and backgrounds, incorporating the Christian faith into treatment as guided by each client’s preferences. Our counselors are dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself openly and honestly.

Wholeness is real and within reach.

Meet the Team

Past experiences effect your life right now. You have one life; each chapter builds on the previous.

Nothing need be put to waste as you become whole.

The problem is that some of those chapters have unresolved pain or deficits that show up in our current

  • relationships

  • physical health

  • success in our vocations or school

  • thought patterns

Sometimes it can feel like we’ll never be free, things will never change, and our problems are too big - these feelings can be isolating and defeating.

Team Collaboration and Excellence

OneLife therapists collaborate in-house and with other wellness providers. They are committed to their own personal growth through advanced training in the latest evidence-based treatments and receive ongoing clinical supervision. They are experts in their field adhering to the highest clinical and professional standards.

Care for the Whole Person

A human being is composed of body, mind, and spirit, each designed to work in harmony - they affect each other.  True healing happens when all three areas are addressed in therapy. • Using health insurance for mental health or substance use services requires a diagnosis per the DSM-5 to meet medical necessity guidelines. If a diagnosis (e.g., anxiety, ADHD, depression) is not established, insurance cannot be used. Insurance may review all care documentation, including treatment notes, and once shared, we cannot control its use. A documented diagnosis might also disqualify you from other insurances, like life insurance. Some clients opt to self-pay to avoid these issues.

  • If your seeking personal growth, a healthy self-image, self confidence, feeling awareness, career help, improved sex/communication or improved life satisfaction and meaning these are great coaching goals!
