We provide individual & group direction in the Christian tradition to deepen your encounter with the Triune God
You desire a deeper life of communion with God. But…
there are two arch-nemesis…
Distraction: our most aggressive nemesis
Surrounded by constant noise - it wins continually, and then comes the guilt and maybe even the feeling of disqualification.
An ongoing dynamic encounter with God seems unattainable, or only for the “elite” Christians.
Loneliness: our most painful nemesis
We want to know and be known in community, but who can we trust? Who will “get us” non-judgementally and enjoy us for who we are? It’s hard to find this level of sharing that also simultaneously propels us toward a life of satisfaction in God.
You were made to be loved by God.
We understand that hearing the voice of the Father, and enjoying a robust life in the Spirit in obedience to Jesus seems out of reach for ordinary people because we’ve been there – We too have felt far from God, distracted, lonely, unworthy to hear his voice, and unsure of how to respond.
But despite the insecurities and lies, we know that God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,
yearns for you is not disappointed with you & greatly desires your presence.
You can learn to be loved by God & be lovingly present to God in the mundanity and busyness of life and we’re here to help you live confidently in that love.
Spiritual Direction

Three Movements to a Group Session
Begin with prayerful silence…
Check-in
3-5-minute update from each member regarding “life”, and answering the questions: How is God loving and leading me week to week, and what am I doing in response?
Sharing
The body of our time together: Two people from the group will share more deeply for 20 minutes each, preceded by one minute of silent prayer. Prompts are provided to help you share.
Reflection
Questions are offered out of holy curiosity and hope that are intended to help tease out where God is at work – where there might be an invitation, challenge, joy, pain, or sticking point. Healing prayer is always available.
